Booking & Agreement
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. By proceeding with a booking, clients agree to the terms set out in the photography contract provided by Tanvi Shah Photography.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule once with sufficient notice at no additional charge. In the event of cancellation by the photographer, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient date.
Image Delivery
Edited images are delivered via online download link. RAW files are not provided under any circumstances. Final image selection and editing style remain at the photographer's discretion. Delivery is typically made the next day following the session.
Copyright & Licence
All images remain the copyright of Tanvi Shah Photography. Clients receive a personal-use licence only. Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without prior written permission from the photographer.
