Photography Terms
Session Agreement
All photography sessions are governed by a written contract signed prior to the session date. The contract outlines session details, deliverables, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
Delivery Policy
Edited images are delivered via an online download link, typically the next day following the session. RAW files are not included or provided. The photographer reserves the right to select and edit the final images, and the editing style remains at the photographer's discretion.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with sufficient notice. In the event the photographer must cancel, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Deposits may be non-refundable in cases of late client cancellation — please refer to your individual contract for details.
Portfolio Usage
Unless a confidentiality agreement is signed in writing before the session, Tanvi Shah Photography reserves the right to use session photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, competition, editorial, and promotional purposes.
