Image Usage & Copyright
Copyright Ownership
All images created by Tanvi Shah Photography remain the sole copyright of the photographer. This applies to all photographs taken during any session, regardless of subject matter or location.
Client Licence
Clients receive a personal-use licence for the images delivered to them. This licence permits sharing on personal social media, printing for personal use, and gifting to family and friends. The licence does not transfer copyright.
Prohibited Uses
Images may not be sold, altered, cropped to remove watermarks, used commercially, submitted to publications, or used in any form of advertising or branding without prior written permission from Tanvi Shah Photography.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before the session, Tanvi Shah Photography reserves the right to display photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, competition, editorial, and promotional purposes.
